Running south from Everglades City with a 15-20 kt north wind
we zipped right along. This snapshot of our E-120 chartplotter
shows our SOG (speed over the ground) at 16.3 knots!

Although they had cable hook-ups at the Sombrero Resort Marina,
it turns out you need to get a cable box from Comcast before you
can hook up. And, of course there's no over-the-air reception here
in the keys. But we were able to watch the Superbowl (40-min
power outage and all) on our laptop - thanks to CBS live streaming.
In Marathon, Jerimiah is not a bullfrog but
a cute little boat dog!
